FREE LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR COLORADO FLOOD SURVIVORS http://colofloodlegalrelief.org/
Colorado Flood Legal Relief is a legal services program sponsored by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Disaster Legal Services Program. The Colorado Joint Disaster Legal Services Task Force comprises the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Legal Delta Disaster Services of Southern Colorado, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, and several local bar associations.
Colorado lawyers are among those ready to lend a hand to the survivors of recent storms and flooding in Colorado. Through the Colorado Bar Association Disaster Relief program, the Colorado Joint Disaster Legal Services Task Force in a partnership with FEMA and the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, is gearing up to offer no-cost, disaster-related legal advice to those impacted in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Clear Creek, El Paso, Jefferson, Larimer, Logan and Weld counties. Impacted individuals in other counties may also request services via this site, and volunteers through the Colorado Joint Disaster Legal Services Task Force are available to provide assistance.
